Nagano, JAPAN and CHANDIGARH, INDIA — Aug 6— Merito Network and XLSCOUT today announced a strategic partnership intended to help Japanese innovators, research institutions, startups and enterprises move promising ideas more efficiently from discovery to protected intellectual property and global commercial opportunity.
