A disclosed element is directly supported by an exact excerpt from the standard specification. An inferred element is identified through contextual analysis where no exact excerpt exists, and is flagged accordingly within the claim chart.

Standigger LLM generates a weighted average score for each patent based on the extent and consistency of overlap identified across its mapped claim elements, providing a quantified indication of essentiality.
