  • XLSCOUT uses a combination of its proprietary, embedding and RAG models along with Microsoft Azure infrastructure . Hugging Face has collaborated with us to build custom trained LLMs specifically for usage with our modules.

Location of Servers & Teams

  • Our customers can choose to have their data hosted on enterprise level cloud servers located in either USA or in EU. Some of the cloud hosting services that we reply on include AWS, Microsoft Azure and others.
  • Our servers are not on-premise and we rely on cloud infrastructure only.
  • Our users’ data never goes out to any other jurisdictions.

Data Privacy & Training

  • XLSCOUT does not use or disclose user inputs for any other purpose except providing results to the user. We do not use any user data to train, retain or improve our models.

User Data Storage

  • We maintain the access logs for information like the User ID; Number of visits made by the user on XLSCOUT; number of actions performed. We do not store any personal information of the user.

Information Security Compliances

  • XLSCOUT is SOC 2 Type 2 certified as defined by AICPA. We are also ISO 27001 certified and compliant with EU GDPR regulations as well.
