New Feature: Real-Time Patent to Claim Mapping and Dynamic Mapping Summary Generation

We are pleased to introduce Suggest Source (AI), a powerful new enhancement to ClaimChart LLM that improves product-to-claim element (CE) mapping and generation of mapping summary through real-time new source retrieval and intelligent re-ranking. 

Key Highlights:

  • Real-time Retrieval of Relevant Sources and Relevant Paragraphs 
    Users can now fetch real-time updated relevant paragraphs from the source data, if the existing claim element paragraph does not meet their expectations. 

 

  • Dynamic Mapping Summary 
    Once new relevant paragraphs are selected, the system automatically generates an updated mapping summary based on the newly retrieved content. 
    After selecting a new relevant paragraph, the system automatically regenerates the mapping summary to reflect the newly selected content—ensuring higher clarity and alignment. 

 

  • Updated Scoring and Ranking 
    After accepting the new mapping summary, the ParaRank score is recalculated to reflect the improved relevance and accuracy of the mapping. 
     

How It Works:

  • When the user clicks the Suggest Source button, it will gather the most relevant links from new sources. 

When relevant new sources are retrieved: 

  • Users can choose up to five hyperlinks to add as new Relevant Paragraphs (RPs) or manually add new links using the Edit or add option. 
  • The relevant paragraph of added hyperlinks can be easily viewed by clicking the View icon. 
  • By clicking the Preview and Submit buttons, the newly fetched RPs (Relevant Paragraphs) will be added to the RP section. Users can then choose the most relevant RP to generate an updated mapping. 
  • The system then generates an updated overlap for re-ranking. The user can either select the new overlap by clicking the Confirm button or continue with the existing overlap by clicking the Cancel button. 

  • Upon confirmation, the results are re-ranked, and the updated rankings are reflected in the ParaRank column.
