Updates in Invalidator LLM

1. Para-Picx Para-Agent Integration

 We have introduced a new Para-Picx Para-Agent that enhances Invalidator LLM’s analytical capabilities by incorporating relevant patent visuals. 

  • Contextual Image Retrieval: The para-agent intelligently identifies and retrieves the most relevant patent images associated with the input patent technology. Each image is accompanied by a brief, AI generated description that provides context and clarity. 
  • Enhanced Visual Insight in Reports: Selected images are seamlessly integrated into LLM-generated reports, helping users better understand key features through visual representation. 
  • ature-Specific Analysis: This functionality is available via the Invalidator Results Ranking Page, where users can select up to three key features for a more targeted, image-supported analysis and visualization.

2. Visual Insights with Para-Picx Reports

We’ve enhanced Invalidator LLM reports with a visual layer of analysis, made possible through integration with the Para-Picx Agent. 

  • One-Click Access to Visual Reports: New action buttons have been added to enable easy access to image-based reports powered by the Para-Picx Agent. 
  • Improved Clarity with Visual Evidence: The Invalidator reports now feature visual insights that serve as supporting evidence for mapped claim elements. These visuals enhance the contextual understanding and interpretability of technical mappings. 
  • AI-Driven Image References: For each selected key feature, the system intelligently generates and presents up to five additional image descriptions (Image References), derived from AI-driven image-based analysis. This provides stronger and more comprehensive support for feature-to-claim mapping.

3. AI-Guided and User-Controlled Claim Element Selection

To streamline the image-based analysis process, we’ve introduced an intuitive feature that blends AI assistance with user flexibility. 

  • Smart Feature Pre-Selection: Upon clicking the Para-Picx Agent button, the system automatically highlights AI-recommended key features that are most relevant for visual analysis. 
  • User Customization and Control: While AI provides a starting point, users retain full control and can review, adjust, or replace the selected features according to their specific analytical goals. 
  • Focused Image Analysis: Each session supports up to three key features, ensuring a targeted and meaningful image-to-claim correlation. 

4. Visual Flags and Report Access Indicators

To improve transparency and ease of access, we’ve added clear status indicators and visual cues for report generation and availability.

  • Real-Time Status Updates: When an image-based report is requested, the system displays the status as “Para-Picx Report In Progress”, which automatically updates to “Completed” once the report is ready.

  • Visual Report Flags: Once an image-based report is successfully generated, a visual flag appears on the corresponding action button. This helps users instantly identify which records include visual evidence.

  • Clear Report Differentiation: If only a text-based report is generated, no visual flag is shown. Text reports follow a similar status flow, marked as “In Progress” and “Completed”, ensuring a clear distinction between report types.

  • Persistent Report Access: The most recently generated report—whether image or text-only—remains readily accessible from the Actions column for user convenience.
