Major Updates in Patdigger LLM

1. Introducing first Para Agent: Refining Claims with Unclaimed Subject Matter

  1. A specialized agent that focuses on identifying key features that are either inferred or not mapped in the Patdigger LLM.
  2. It then refines the claims by incorporating unclaimed subject matter from the patent specification.
  3. This agent is integrated with our automated patent drafting tool, Drafting LLM, to assist in claim refinement.

Note: Accessing this agent will automatically trigger the downloading of the Patdigger LLM report.

2. Functionality of the Agent

2.1 AI-Powered Claim Refinement

The Agent in integration with chatbot of DraftingLLM provides comprehensive patent application claim refinement through three key sections:
• Refined Claims: The Agent focuses on inferred or not mapped claim elements identified in the PatdiggerLLM report, then performs claim refinement by incorporating unclaimed subject matter from the patent application.

Note: Highlighted elements are the refined claim elements. Clicking on any highlighted element will scroll you to its supporting evidence in the specification.

2.2 AI-Powered Evidence Mapping

  • Evidence from Specification: The Agent extracts correlative evidence from the detailed description of the patent application for the refined claim elements.

2.3 Chatbot Interaction

  • Allows users with iterative claim enhancement and user-guided refinement.

2.4 Easy Download

  • Seamless export for further review and legal processing of the draft.
