Updates in Claim Chart LLM

1. Company Exclusion

  • This feature allows users to exclude products from specific companies’ from being mapped to the entered patent number. 
  • User can exclude up to a maximum of five companies.

2. Enhanced Mapping Summary Visualization

  • The user can now view “not mapped” claim elements within the mapping summary for given patent numbers in the Patdigger Ranking. 
  • The status of each claim element—whether fully mapped, inferred, or not mapped—is clearly indicated through color-coded claim element numbers in the Patdigger Ranking table, enabling easy differentiation.
    Green colour is for fully mapped claim element.
    Yellow colour is for inferred claim element.
    Red colour is for not mapped claim element. 

3. Claim Element Status and RP Accessibility

  • Users can now view the Relevant Paragraphs (RPs) associated with a specific claim element directly within the Patdigger Ranking table. 
  • This feature can be accessed by clicking on the corresponding claim element number in the mapping summary column. 
  • User can also see the source from which that RP has been extracted. 

4. Product Deletion and Re-Ranking Process

  • This button allows the user to remove the mapping of a specific product associated with a particular patent number in the Patdigger ranking page. 
  • Upon deletion, the data on the Patdigger ranking page will be re-ranked accordingly.
