Major Updates in Invalidator LLM

1. Tailored Invalidation Solutions: Toggle Your Way

  • Version Switch: Users will have the option to switch to the older version, with the new version being the default. 
  • Toggle Action: When the user toggles the button, the system will switch to the older version 

2. Credit Deduction

The new Invalidator incorporates a credit deduction system.

  • When a user submits a new case using the latest version, one credit will be deducted from their account.

  • This credit allows the user to download up to 15 reports for free.

  • However, once the user reaches the 15-report limit, an additional credit will be deducted.

  • Credit deduction is not applicable for older version.



Minor Updates in Invalidator LLM

1. History Page Version Based Insights

  • Show Report Button (New Version): The report button will be enabled for cases that are processed using the new version. 
  • Results Button (Old Version): The results button will be enabled for cases processed using the old version. 

2. All-in-One Report: Results, Scores & Bibliographic Data

  • New Version Output: This version displays all results along with the mapping summary and weighted scores. Additional bibliographic details are also provided for each prior art.  
  • You can access this from the History page by clicking the “Show Report” button. 
  • Users can review all results here.  
  • Mapped Elements: Represents the total number of claim elements that have been mapped.  
  • Weighted Average: The average score, weighted based on the total number of mapped claim elements. 
  • Action: User can view/download the report only when he has requested the download of report. 
  • Relevant Paragraphs (RPs): User can view the relevant paragraphs associated with each claim element by clicking on the specific claim element. 
  • Export in Excel: Allow user to download the excel datasheet for 600 results. 
  • Publication/Web-Results: User can access to Non-Patent Literature (NPL) through this section. 
  • Add more Prior-Art: Users can add up to 10 additional prior-art patents (not present in existing list of 600), for which the system will generate mapping summaries. These newly added prior-arts will be integrated into the existing set of 600 results. However, the patents not related to subject matter will not be processed.
