Major Updates in Claim Chart LLM

1. Unsupervised Option: "Go Find Gold"

  • If user is unsure which companies to target, they can now leverage the “Go Find Gold” feature to let AI identify the most relevant companies and overlapping products. 
  • AI will recommend three companies per Patent Number and three products per company, providing up to nine products per Patent Number. 
  • User Benefits & Impact 
    A. Saves Time – Eliminates manual effort in company selection. 
    B. AI-Driven Insights – Ensures a more data-driven approach to finding potential licensing opportunities. 
    C. Maximized Coverage – User receive optimized product suggestions for every Patent Number.

2. Supervised Claims – Full Control Over Mapping

  • User can now supervise, modify, or target specific independent claims for any publication number. 
  • By default, the first independent claim will be used for mapping. Users must manually select claims for each Patent Number before proceeding. 
  • User Benefits & Impact 
    A. More Control – Enables users to prioritize claims that are most relevant to their analysis. 
    B. Customizable Workflows – Improves precision in claim mapping by allowing users to focus on specific claims. 
    C. Enhanced Accuracy – Helps avoid unnecessary claim charting for less relevant claims. 

 

3. History Combine Feature – Efficient Data Management

  • Users can now combine history data across different searches and manage large publication/portfolio sets more efficiently. 
  • After using this feature, a combined Excel report is generated, which is re-ranked automatically. 
  • Note: Users can combine history only for cases where status is either “Ranking Completed” or “Patdigger Report Generated.”

Minor Updates in Claim Chart LLM

1. Multi-Company Targeting

Users can now target up to three companies at the same time while running multiple publication numbers. 

  • After selecting companies, users can either: 
    A. Use AI-recommended products 
    B. Manually add their own products for mapping.

    A. Greater Flexibility – Supports multi-target patent analysis in a single run. 
    B. AI & Manual Control – Users can combine AI insights with custom selections for better precision. 
    C. Time-Efficient – Reduces repetitive tasks by allowing batch execution. 

2. Patdigger Chart View (Beta) – Enhanced Visualization

  • Users can now visualize claim chart analysis through the beta version of the Patdigger Chart View. 
  • The interface includes two key charts: 
    1. Company-to-Product Mapping: Shows how many products are mapped to each company. 
    2. Patent Number-to-Product Mapping: Displays mapped products for each Patent Number. 
  • Filters allow users to customize views based on their needs.

    A. Clearer Insights – Simplifies complex claim mapping data into an easy-to-read format. 
    B. Better Decision-Making – Helps users quickly identify high-priority mappings.
