1. Drawing Upload Feature: Easily Submit Your Drawings
Users now have the ability to upload their own drawings images for analysis, a feature that can offer a brief, numerals/annotations, and other details about the uploaded image. This information will be incorporated into the final draft. To upload an image, users can utilize the designated upload feature located in both the claims and IDF input pathways and the format for the image type should be. Once the image is uploaded, an automated analysis will take place, and the resulting data will be displayed. This feature not only enhances the user’s interaction with the system but also provides a detailed view of the image content, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of the patent information. After the analysis, users have the option to include this information in their final draft, thereby improving the overall quality and depth of their patent documentation.
b) User can select the image and in Additional Details(optional): user can provide additional details about the uploaded image, including annotations, numerical data, key features, and any other relevant information which significantly enhance the image analysis process.
c) User will now be presented with output of brief description of the upload image and numerals/annotations present in the uploaded image, all the field are editable. Once, satisfied with the brief and numerals user can click on “Generate short Description”.
d) User will be presented with short description of the uploaded, which user can refine and submit as, Providing additional details about the uploaded image under Other details will significantly improves the accuracy and effectiveness of subsequent analyses and the final draft, leading to a more comprehensive understanding of the image.
e) User now be presented with blue colored image icon for all the brief’s with upload image, once clicked the uploaded will be presented over the chatbot area.
2. Track Changes: Seamless access to the history and revert any inadvertent changes
Users now have access to a feature that allows them to interactively engage with the history of each patent section. This is done by clicking on the history icon located next to each section. If users wish to review historical data associated with a specific timestamp, they can click on the eye icon button. This action will display detailed historical data, providing users with a comprehensive view of the changes and developments over time. After reviewing the information, users have the option to revert to a previous state by clicking the “Submit” button. This feature enhances the user’s ability to track and manage changes in patent information effectively.
a) Click on the history icon next to each patent section.
b) Click on eye icon button to review the history data related to specific time stamp.
c) The detailed history data will be presented and then click on Submit, in order to revert.
3. Patent Draft in Japanese (JP) Language
To generate a patent draft in the Japanese language, users are now required to set the platform language as Japanese (JP) and select Japan (JP) as the module jurisdiction, as illustrated below:

1. Expandable Chatbot Command Input Area
To utilize the expandable chatbot command input area, users can simply click on a designated icon and drag it to adjust the size of the command input area. This feature is particularly useful for entering longer or more complex commands, as it provides more space and visibility for the text being inputted.

2. Chatbot Domain and History Advancements
The chatbot now features an enhanced history retention capability, where the conversation history will persist and not be refreshed until it is manually deleted. This allows users to refer back to previous interactions at any point in time, providing a comprehensive view of past inquiries. Additionally, the chatbot’s domain has been expanded and is no longer limited to the patent data inputted by the client. This means that the chatbot can now provide information and responses that go beyond the initially provided data, further enhancing its versatility and usefulness.

We are thrilled to introduce the newest version of our Patent Summary algorithm, featuring substantial improvements from the previous version in the summarization of patents in multiple headers. This comprehensive update has been meticulously designed to offer users a more in-depth and well-rounded understanding of patent data, ultimately streamlining the process of identifying and analysing critical aspects of a patent.
To effortlessly obtain a summary of patent, simply click on the “Summary” button to generate a concise yet comprehensive overview of the patent’s key aspects, applications, and innovations.
Latest Patent Summary includes multiple headers including, Innovative Aspect (unique inventive feature), Inventive Description (core innovation explanation), Application Spectrum (uses and industrial applications), Advantage (improvements over existing technologies), Technology Focus (concentrated analysis of technical innovations), Mechanism of Action (technical processes and interactions) and Specific Substances (essential components for implementation). This summary allows users to quickly understand the patent’s impact, value, and significance.
