Product Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to prioritize feature development.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intuitive and scalable product experiences.
• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Drive customer-centric innovation by deeply understanding IP workflows and pain points.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and usage metrics to optimize the product continuously.
• Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of product management experience (preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech).
• Proven success in leading product strategy and roadmap for complex B2B solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.
• Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven product teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Haves

• Background in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with IP, patents, or legal-tech domains.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or growth environments.
• Nice to Haves:
• Exposure to NLP, LLMs, or deep learning applications.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
