XLSCOUT\u2019s Version 1.11 is here! The latest version update incorporates some of the most requested features as well as some improvements to the previous version<\/a>. Here are the highlights of this version:<\/p>\n

Major Updates<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. <\/strong>New Invalidator+<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All new and much-improved version of Invalidator<\/a> is now available on XLSCOUT. It is enabled with ” Reinforcement Learning” to get quality prior-art results quickly.<\/p>\n

2. Patdigger<\/h3>\n

Our\u00a0Proprietary\u00a0Patent Ranking Module Patdigger<\/a> has now been migrated to XLSCOUT.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Analysis with respect to Unique Patent Families!<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Precise & accurate analysis! Now users can analyze the patents using family collapse (currently can be done on first 15,000 unique patent families). “Technology Dashboard<\/a>” & “Competitive Dashboard<\/a>” are also enabled with family collapse.<\/p>\n

4. Forward Citation Graph\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Identify top assignees forward citing your and your competitor’s portfolio along with a year-wise breakdown of citation count. <\/span>Identify recent trends in the Forward citations. <\/span>Identify assignees that are recently forward citing your and your competitor’s portfolio.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Reassignment Search\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

New Reassignment search field has been added on XLSCOUT. Users can search the reassignments by the Assignor Name, Assignee Name, and the Execution Date.<\/p>\n

6. XLSCOUT Family Backward Citations!<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

XLSCOUT Family Backward Citations search field is added to XLSCOUT. Now, users can view & export the combined backward citations of the entire XLSCOUT Family. Also, enhanced backward citation data with respect to individual patent publications is now available.<\/span><\/p>\n
